Fun Day at The River - This Sunday, June 14th immediately after service, The River is planning a day of fun in the sun. We'll have water slides, volleyball, potluck lunch, and a whole lot of good fellowship. Make plans to stay for the fun.

Congratulations to our 2009 Graduates - Rachel Holiman, Katie Moyer, Johanna Westbrook, and Seth Martinez. Please keep these young people in prayer as they make critical decisions that will impact not only their lives, but the lives of many who cross their paths.

Standing with Israel - Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Go to www.cufi.org and see how you can personally bless the nation of Israel in these dangerous days for that country. Genesis 12:3 "...bless those who bless you, and curse those who curse you", our lives are closely knit with the people of Israel whether we like it or not. As for me and my house, we love it...Pastor David!

Intercessory Prayer - Monday evenings at 7PM for an hour of private and corporate prayer. Join with us in seeking and crying out to God for Revival in our Land. "God doesn't answer prayer, he answers desperate prayer" - Leonard Ravenhill. Send us your request.

BEGIN TODAY!

1. Admit you're in need of a savior - Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God". Matthew 5:3 "Blessed are the poor in spirit (those in need of God)..."

2. Know that Jesus died just for you even while you were in sin - Romans 5:8 "But God demonstrated His love towards us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

3. Believe in your heart that Jesus died for you and rose from the dead - Romans 10:9,10 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thin heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

4. Know that God will forgive every sin - 1 John 1:9 "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness".

5. Believe that God will give you power to live for Him - John 1:12 "But as many as received him, to them gave he the power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name."
